Did you know that the New Adelphi Theatre is the home to many student-led productions on campus?
From music, to dance, comedy and acting, the theatre covers ALL bases. Here's a selection of our favourites this Spring!
1. Carrie The Musical Almost Famous Presents - 28th Feb + 1st March

Almost Famous Theatre Company spared no expense to stage this iconic Stephen King musical adaptation. The show took us back to high school, with its petty drama and bullying, and we watched Millie Salmon's Carrie go through the motions, plus heard some belting tunes along the way. We can't wait to see what the company have in store for the rest of 2025!

2. Are you still watching? SUDS Presents - 7th + 8th March

Salford Uni Dance Society brought your favourite TV shows to life on the 7th and 8th of March! Such a visually striking production, and this student-led society has cut no corners in terms of its production, with all costume, stage design and choreography done by them! 3. The Importance of Being Earnest Almost Famous Presents - 24th Jan + 25th Jan

This incredibly witty play explored themes of love, class and social expectations. With fabulous costumes, a grand set and incredible performances, this one was a real treat. You can find all the info about everything the theatre company are up to over on Instagram @almostfamoustheatrecompany
4. New Adelphi Comedy Night CSZ Presents - 22nd April
Got the giggles? Well CSZ presents its next comedy night on the 22nd April! Commencing with improv comedy with a student guest, the floor then opens half way through the night with an open mic for university students and guest perfomers! Shake away that exam stress on the 22nd April!

5. Dance@Salford
Enjoy a night of dance with the dance students of Salford Uni! Dance@Salford are putting on their last showcase of the year so not one to miss! Follow their instagram @danceatsalford for more info!
