Here's 5 things to do in Salford and Manchester this Easter!

news

With this weather THIS GOOD over the half term, Salford is clearly is the place to be.

And why take a plane, train, or car to get away when I’ve compiled this list of fun activities to do here this Easter?!

LET'S GO!

Have kids to keep distracted over the next few weeks? Take the younguns to the Easter Egg Hunt at Heaton Park!

I’ll have you know that Detective Duckling is on the search for the Easter Bunny’s eggs that have been dispersed all over Heaton Park.

This is a crisis that only a large group of infants could solve.

Don’t miss it – it’s only £4 per child (that’s defo cheaper than a baby-sitter) and on between the 18th-21st April!

Need some good fitspo? Go and cheer on the runners during the Manchester Marathon

On the 27th April, that one friend whose personality is running WILL be coming to play at the Manchester Marathon.

Why not stand waiting at the end with a bottle of water and a packet of sweets? (no eating them before they get there though)

If you want to let your hair down a bit – head to ON BAR on the 19th April for a special Taylor Swift themed drag brunch!

No need to shake it off when you can BRUNCH IT OFF!

During the April bank holiday why not get a little bit crazy and go for Drag Brunch in gay village?

Are you a clown? YES? Why are you not hitting up Gandey’s Circus at the Trafford Centre then?

It doesn’t matter if you go to the circus all the time or practically never, it’s always an experience.

With tickets as cheap as 10 quid, why not catch Bippo The Clown dazzle the crowd (lord knows I would be dazzled) ANYWAYS. With so much to do it’s always difficult to know what to do with yourself.

And if all else fails, there’s always a pint at Atmosphere (don’t say your SU doesn’t always have you covered)
