"Hello everyone! My name is Adnan Sabir, and I am thrilled to serve as your Students' Officer for Science, Engineering, and Environment for the second consecutive year. As a returning officer, I bring with me a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to enhancing student life at the University of Salford. Outside of my role, I enjoy playing chess, swimming, and writing poetry, which helps me stay balanced and energized. My decision to run for a second term stemmed from my passion for making a positive impact and ensuring that every student's voice is heard and valued.
This year, my primary aim is to enhance the overall student experience by improving facilities, fostering a sense of community, and advocating for student mental health and well-being. I am focused on working with university staff to develop and implement policies that address key issues affecting students. My goal is to create a supportive and enriching educational environment. I look forward to continuing my work and making a meaningful difference in our university community".
